She works with them to help shift the mindsets, capabilities and then behaviour of their people to support the new models they co-design. Ultimately, it is about creating workplaces of the future so that people, organisations and their communities can thrive.

The last five years has seen the ‘Future of Work’ become a topic of intense focus and speculation in the business world.
